As a Trade Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our global trade operations.   1. Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures in line with international trade regulations.
  2. Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and assess their impact on company operations.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with trade regulations and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trade compliance in all aspects of the supply chain.
  6. Manage import/export licenses, permits, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate clearance of goods.
  7. Monitor and report on trade compliance metrics and key performance indicators.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential trade compliance risks.
  9. Communicate with government agencies and customs authorities to resolve any trade compliance issues.
  10. Keep accurate records and documentation of all trade compliance activities.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external trade compliance consultants and advisors.
  12. Participate in internal and external audits related to trade compliance.
  13. Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them to enhance trade compliance processes.
  14. Investigate and report any trade compliance violations and implement corrective actions.
  15. Collaborate with legal counsel on trade compliance matters and provide support for legal proceedings, if necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Customs Laws, Including But Not Limited To, Import/Export Controls, Sanctions, And Trade Agreements.

  • Experience In Managing Global Trade Compliance Programs And Ensuring Compliance With All Applicable Laws And Regulations.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners, Such As Government Agencies, Customs Brokers, And Freight Forwarders.

  • Familiarity With Trade Compliance Software And Systems, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Trade Compliance Policies And Procedures.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance, Preferably In A Multinational Company, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Trade Compliance Operations.
