  2. Design and execute test cases to thoroughly test product functionality and performance.
  3. Analyze test results and identify any issues or defects, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Utilize engineering principles and expertise to develop innovative and efficient testing solutions.
  6. Conduct thorough testing of software and hardware components, including firmware and embedded systems.
  7. Utilize test automation tools and techniques to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
  8. Document and report test results, including any identified defects, to stakeholders.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve test processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  12. Adhere to company quality and regulatory standards in all testing activities.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any issues.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings and discussions, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
