  1. Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding Philips patient monitoring solutions.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our patient monitoring technology.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address product issues and improvements.
  6. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in patient monitoring technology.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical inquiries.
  8. Travel to customer sites as needed for installations, training, and support.
  9. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
  10. Participate in product development and testing, providing valuable feedback and insights from a technical perspective.
  11. Train and mentor new technical consultants and team members.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to the company's mission of improving patient care through technology.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality standards.
  14. Represent Philips in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field.
