Talent Acquisition Manager

At Philips, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing Philips’ recruiting strategy. You will use your knowledge and expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and related processes to bring the best and brightest talent to Philips.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, in addition to at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, and a passion for helping people are essential for this role.
