  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand forecasts and develop supply plans to meet customer needs.
  3. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Manage and optimize supply chain processes, including production planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining cost efficiency.
  6. Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to drive operational excellence.
  7. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or delays that may impact product availability.
  8. Monitor and report key performance indicators to senior management.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.
  10. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage supply chain operations.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for new product launches and promotions.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  14. Manage and track budget and expenses related to supply chain operations.
  15. Act as a leader and role model, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Planning Or Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Planning Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Kinaxis, And Experience With Forecasting And Inventory Management.
