Philips is seeking an experienced, organized and driven Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver who has a passion for process improvement and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project management and process optimization in a Supply Chain environment. You must be able to quickly grasp new concepts and work in an agile and fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have a customer service mindset. As a Philips Supply Chain Project Manager, you will have a key role in driving business efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, developing process documentation and providing guidance to the team to ensure successful completion of the project. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Supply Chain projects and initiatives in a timely, organized and efficient manner, providing guidance to the team to ensure successful completion.
  2. Develop and document processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Supply Chain.
  3. Manage project timelines and provide regular updates on progress.
  4. Monitor and analyze Supply Chain performance data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth project completion.
  6. Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Demonstrate a customer service mindset and provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology in order to identify potential areas for improvement.
  10. Utilize agile methodologies to ensure fast, effective and efficient project completion.
