  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company.
  2. Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success and development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales, to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and on-time delivery of materials and components.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive collaboration and alignment.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, implementing new strategies and technologies as appropriate.
  9. Communicate supply chain performance and initiatives to senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations.
  10. Develop and manage supply chain budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  11. Lead and support supply chain improvement projects, driving change management and ensuring successful implementation.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with regulations.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.
  14. Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events related to supply chain management.
  15. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, markets, and customers to inform supply chain strategies.

Job Qualifications
