Job Description

That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Improvement Manager to join our team.We need a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the drive to constantly look for areas of improvement. The successful candidate will be dedicated to understanding our current supply chain practices, analysing the data available, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as a minimum of five years’ experience in a supply chain role. They should also have a strong working knowledge of supply chain management processes and systems, and a track record of successful implementation and improvement of supply chain operations.If you have the qualifications and the desire to help us build and sustain a world-class supply chain operation, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current supply chain practices and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  3. Monitor supply chain operations and look for opportunities to streamline processes.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management processes and systems.
  5. Implement and improve supply chain operations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to supply chain operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  9. Monitor the performance of suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  10. Track and report on progress of supply chain improvement initiatives.
