  1. Develop and execute demand plans to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer demand, and historical data to forecast future demand accurately.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and optimize inventory levels.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of demand planners, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze demand plan performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  9. Manage and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  11. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop and manage demand-related budgets and forecasts.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 5 Years In Demand Planning Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Demand Forecasting Techniques And Experience In Developing And Implementing Demand Planning Processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Demand Planners And Demonstrated Ability To Drive Results And Develop Talent.

  • Proven Experience In Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, And Operations, To Drive Demand Planning And Supply Chain Strategies.
