Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead the CAPA process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
2. Monitor and analyze product performance to identify risks and propose corrective and preventive actions.
3. Manage CAPA projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed according to industry standards and regulations.
4. Monitor and report on CAPA performance metrics, ensuring that processes remain compliant and effective.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are designed and manufactured to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
6. Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members, ensuring effective execution of CAPA processes.
7. Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance the CAPA process.
8. Research and stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that Philips’ products remain compliant.
