They should be a creative problem solver, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and have experience with leading CAPA projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the CAPA process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor and analyze product performance to identify risks and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage CAPA projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed according to industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on CAPA performance metrics, ensuring that processes remain compliant and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are designed and manufactured to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members, ensuring effective execution of CAPA processes.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance the CAPA process.
- Research and stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that Philips’ products remain compliant.
