  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and launch of new software products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing, design, and quality assurance to ensure successful product development and launch.
  3. Drive innovation and continuously seek out new technologies and methods to improve product development processes.
  4. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
  6. Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the product development process.
  7. Communicate project status, progress, and any roadblocks to upper management and stakeholders.
  8. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations and goals.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
  10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulations related to product development and launch.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  13. Represent the NPI team in cross-functional meetings and effectively communicate project updates and status.
  14. Use data and metrics to track and measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Act as a liaison between the team and upper management to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Project Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies And Experience In Implementing Them In Software Development Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
