  1. Develop and implement service design strategies that align with Philips' mission and goals.
  2. Utilize design thinking methodologies to create user-centric and innovative service solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of service design into product development processes.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points, and use insights to inform service design decisions.
  5. Design and prototype service concepts, and gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve and iterate upon designs.
  6. Create detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps to illustrate and communicate the service experience.
  7. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure service design solutions are feasible and sustainable.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service design and incorporate them into Philips' service offerings.
  9. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service design processes and methodologies.
  10. Represent Philips' service design expertise at conferences, events, and other external engagements.

  • Strong Design Thinking Skills: A Service Designer At Philips Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Design Thinking Principles And Methodologies To Effectively Identify And Solve Complex User Problems.

  • Experience In Human-Centered Design: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Conducting User Research, Creating Personas, And Developing User Journeys To Inform The Design Of Innovative And User-Centric Services.
