• Lead the design and development of user-centric solutions for the Patient Monitoring team at Philips
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts
• Create user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support design decisions
