- Lead the design and development of user-centric solutions for the Patient Monitoring team at Philips
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts
- Create user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support design decisions
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design to drive innovation and stay ahead of competition
- Mentor and guide junior designers in the team to ensure high-quality design deliverables
- Help establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling and effective design solutions for promoting products and engaging with customers.
Extensive Experience In User-Centered Design: A Senior Ux Designer At Philips Should Have A Strong Background In User-Centered Design Methodologies, Including User Research, Prototyping, And Usability Testing. They Should Be Able To Effectively Apply These Techniques To Design Intuitive And User-Friendly Patient Monitoring Solutions.
