  1. Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for supplier management.
  2. Monitor and evaluate suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues.
  5. Communicate with suppliers to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics and reports.
  7. Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers.
  8. Lead supplier quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier quality management.
  10. Train and mentor junior supplier quality engineers.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks in supplier quality.
  13. Continuously improve the supplier quality program and processes.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  15. Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on supplier quality performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Quality Management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Including Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading Supplier Audits And Implementing Corrective And Preventive Actions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Statistical Process Control And Root Cause Analysis Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.
