  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales compensation plans and programs to ensure alignment with company objectives and overall strategy.
  2. Develop and implement new sales compensation strategies and initiatives to drive sales performance and motivate the sales team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and sales, to gather and analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Monitor and track sales compensation metrics and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  6. Communicate sales compensation plans and changes effectively to sales teams and provide support and assistance as needed.
  7. Partner with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in developing effective compensation plans for their teams.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of sales compensation plans.
  9. Proactively identify and address any issues or discrepancies in sales compensation and work towards resolutions.
  10. Train and educate sales teams on sales compensation plans and policies to ensure understanding and compliance.
  11. Continuously evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of sales compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on sales compensation and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  13. Support the implementation of new sales compensation systems or tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Participate in special projects as needed to support the overall growth and success of the sales organization.
  15. Represent Philips in a professional and positive manner at all times and uphold the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Similar Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Compensation Plans And Structures, As Well As Experience With Designing And Implementing New Plans.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Sales Data And Trends.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Sales Compensation Software, As Well As Experience With Data Visualization Tools.
