- Ensure all quality standards and regulations are met and maintained throughout the non-conformance process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide guidance and support to team members in handling complex non-conformances and making data-driven decisions
- Analyze data and metrics related to non-conformances to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality processes and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality management, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the non-conformance process and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality management systems and processes
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional quality improvement projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the non-conformance process

Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems: A Senior Quality Lead For Non-Conformance At Philips Must Possess Thorough Knowledge And Experience With Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And Fda Regulations. This Includes Understanding The Principles Of Quality Assurance, Control, And Improvement.
