  1. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential quality issues in products and processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives and metrics, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  4. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and validation reports.
  7. Lead or participate in design and process improvement projects to enhance the overall quality of our products and solutions.
  8. Train and mentor junior quality engineers to ensure a strong culture of quality within the organization.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on quality-related matters to other departments and stakeholders.
  11. Foster a culture of quality across the organization and promote a proactive approach to identifying and solving quality issues.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  13. Participate in product development and launch activities to ensure quality is built into the design and manufacturing processes.
  14. Monitor and report on key quality indicators to senior management and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  15. Represent the company in quality-related discussions with regulatory bodies and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Quality Improvement Projects.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Implement Effective Corrective And Preventive Actions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
