  1. Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to improve product quality and safety.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Lead and participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality concerns.
  5. Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
  7. Train and mentor junior quality engineers and other team members on quality processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve quality processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on quality engineering and provide guidance and support to other departments.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  12. Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet all necessary standards and requirements.
  13. Manage and maintain quality systems and tools, including software and databases.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation of quality metrics.
  15. Uphold and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In Medical Device Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Quality Engineers

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Quality Improvement Projects And Driving Continuous Improvement In Quality Processes.
