
Senior Quality Engineer

- Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to improve product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality concerns.
- Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Train and mentor junior quality engineers and other team members on quality processes and procedures.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve quality processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality engineering and provide guidance and support to other departments.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet all necessary standards and requirements.
- Manage and maintain quality systems and tools, including software and databases.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation of quality metrics.
- Uphold and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In Medical Device Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Quality Engineers
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Quality Improvement Projects And Driving Continuous Improvement In Quality Processes.
