  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of risk management for the company, including identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management plans and processes that align with business objectives.
  3. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and evaluate the effectiveness of current risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure risk management strategies are successfully implemented.
  5. Monitor and report on the status of risk management initiatives to senior leadership and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing risk management processes and procedures.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to risk management and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's risk management strategy.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement in the company's risk management processes and work towards implementing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of risk management efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Methodologies, Including Experience With Risk Assessment, Mitigation Strategies, And Monitoring And Reporting Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Programs With A Focus On Risk Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Frameworks, Policies, And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards.

  • Advanced Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Risks While Balancing Business Objectives And Priorities.
