Job Description

At Philips, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Payroll Tax Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tax process and ensuring accurate and timely payroll tax compliance.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of payroll tax and compliance regulations. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.If you are a results-driven individual with an eye for detail and a passion for payroll tax, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the payroll tax process and ensure accurate and timely payroll tax compliance.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance.
  3. Research and resolve payroll tax issues and discrepancies.
  4. Prepare and submit payroll tax returns, reports, and payments in a timely manner.
  5. Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll tax payments.
  7. Develop and implement efficient payroll tax processes and procedures.
  8. Stay abreast of changes in payroll tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
  9. Assist in the preparation of payroll tax audits.
  10. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
