
Senior Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Philips. - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address key HR issues and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Participate in the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and addressing employee complaints.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in company culture, policies, and practices.
- Represent the company in all HR-related matters, both internally and externally.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Human Resources Management: A Senior Human Resources Manager At Philips Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Hr Best Practices, Including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation And Benefits, Talent Acquisition, And Organizational Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels, Including Senior Executives.
Strategic Mindset: The Senior Human Resources Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Align Hr Strategies With The Overall Business Goals Of The Company.
Leadership And People Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Leadership Presence And The Ability To Inspire And Motivate A Team.
