  1. Oversee all federal government contracts for the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders.
  3. Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from proposal development to contract closeout.
  4. Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions, ensuring they align with company objectives and mitigate risk.
  5. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and legal, on all federal contract matters.
  6. Monitor and track contract performance, identifying any potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in federal regulations and policies, and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and pricing.
  9. Ensure all necessary documentation and reporting requirements are met for federal contracts.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for all federal contract-related inquiries and escalations.
  11. Lead and mentor junior contract management team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies, representing the company's best interests in all contract-related matters.
  13. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to provide contract expertise and contribute to company strategy and growth.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized contract files and records for auditing purposes.
  15. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline federal contract management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Federal Contract Regulations, Including Far, Dfar, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Federal Contracts, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Mitigate Risks Associated With Federal Contracts.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Federal Contracts, With A Demonstrated Ability To Meet Deadlines And Achieve Desired Outcomes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
