  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve healthcare access and affordability for Philips healthcare solutions.
  2. Oversee and manage the health economics, market access, and reimbursement team to ensure the successful execution of key projects and initiatives.
  3. Utilize your expertise in health economics to conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize market access and reimbursement for Philips solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to provide insights and recommendations for healthcare solutions that align with reimbursement and market access goals.
  5. Keep abreast of the ever-changing healthcare landscape and proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities for Philips solutions.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform and adapt market access and reimbursement strategies.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including payers, policymakers, and healthcare providers to advocate for Philips solutions and ensure their inclusion in reimbursement and access programs.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate market access and reimbursement strategies and progress.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  10. Represent Philips at industry conferences and events, sharing your expertise and knowledge in health economics and market access.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to market access and reimbursement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Lead and manage budget planning and allocation for market access and reimbursement initiatives.
  13. Uphold Philips' values and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Health Economics Or Related Field: A Senior Director Of Health Economics, Market Access & Reimbursement At Philips Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Health Economics, Health Policy, Public Health, Or A Related Field. This Advanced Education Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Navigate The Complex Healthcare Landscape And Develop Strategies For Market Access And Reimbursement.

  • Extensive Experience In Health Economics And Market Access: Candidates For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Health Economics And Market Access Within The Healthcare Industry. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Health Economic Principles, Reimbursement Processes, And Payer Dynamics. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Is Also Preferred.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills: The Senior Director Of Health Economics, Market Access & Reimbursement Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Market Access Strategies For Philips' Healthcare Products. This Requires Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills To Assess Market Trends, Identify Opportunities And Risks, And Develop Data-Driven Solutions.
