  1. Lead and oversee the development and execution of clinical studies for Philips' medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial protocols.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to clinical studies.
  4. Analyze and interpret clinical data to support product development and regulatory submissions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical investigators.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior clinical development team members.
  7. Participate in the development of clinical development plans and study protocols.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert in medical research and clinical trial methodology.
  9. Identify and address potential risks and issues related to clinical studies.
  10. Communicate study progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical research.
  13. Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  14. Represent Philips at scientific conferences and events.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize clinical development processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Development And/Or Clinical Research, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design, Execution, And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, Including Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Clinical Development Professionals.
