  1. Lead and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process for the organization.
  2. Identify and analyze quality issues, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of quality issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Monitor and track progress of CAPAs, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.
  6. Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze data and identify trends.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation related to CAPAs, including reports and metrics.
  8. Train and mentor team members on the CAPA process and quality improvement principles.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to CAPA processes.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement in the CAPA process and implement changes as needed.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and regulatory agencies.
  12. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments on quality issues and CAPA implementation.
  13. Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives.
  14. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies related to quality issues.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Or Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Qsr.

  • Strong Understanding Of Root Cause Analysis And Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
