  1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect Philips' Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics products and systems.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and address them proactively.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR, by staying up-to-date on changes and implementing necessary changes within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the design and development of new products and features.
  5. Lead incident response and management efforts in the event of a security breach, working closely with IT and legal teams to mitigate any potential risks.
  6. Conduct security awareness training and promote a culture of security within the organization to ensure all employees are knowledgeable and compliant with security protocols.
  7. Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies, continuously evaluating and implementing new measures to enhance the security of Philips' products and systems.
  8. Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
  9. Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of third-party products and services used by Philips.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with customers, addressing any security concerns or inquiries and building and maintaining trust in Philips' healthcare solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: A Security Leader For Ambulatory Monitoring And Diagnostics At Philips Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures To Ensure The Safety And Protection Of Sensitive Data And Equipment.

  • Experience In Healthcare Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Healthcare Security, Particularly In The Area Of Ambulatory Monitoring And Diagnostics. This Includes Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations And Other Industry-Specific Security Requirements.
