
Sales, Territory Manager - RespirTech

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share for the RespirTech division.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare industry, including physicians, hospitals, and home healthcare providers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's respiratory products and their benefits for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company's products and network with potential customers.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Collaborate with customer service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Respiratory Market.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Developing New Business Opportunities.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Key Stakeholders And Decision-Making Processes.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Opinion Leaders.
