  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to the sales team in promoting and selling our heart rhythm management products and services.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments to effectively advise and support the sales team.
  6. Assist with the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support the sales process.
  7. Conduct product training for healthcare professionals to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in using our products.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals and customers.
  9. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and services and network with potential customers.
  10. Collect and analyze data on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance knowledge and skills in sales, clinical support, and the healthcare industry.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Physiology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Support Or Clinical Specialist Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Heart Rhythm Management Products And Procedures, Including Pacemakers, Defibrillators, And Cardiac Ablation.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Present To Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth Through Strategic Planning And Execution.
