We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our Oral Health team and lead our sales efforts with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with DSOs and promoting our industry-leading oral health products and services. We are looking for a driven and passionate professional with a proven track record in sales, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the dental industry.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth within the DSO market segment.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with DSOs, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their business goals.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for DSO accounts, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  5. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with DSO accounts to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitive landscape, and product innovations to continuously improve sales strategies.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional and marketing initiatives for DSO accounts.
  9. Utilize sales data and metrics to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to achieve sales goals.
  10. Represent Philips at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Philips' commitment to improving oral health through innovation.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to help them achieve their sales targets and professional development goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  14. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for overall business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Dental Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing National Accounts And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Dental Service Organizations And Oral Health Market Trends, Including Key Players, Competitors, And Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers At National Accounts.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Abilities, With The Capability To Develop And Implement Effective Sales Strategies To Drive Business Growth.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, With A Preference For Candidates Who Have Completed Additional Training Or Education In Dental Sales And/Or Account Management.
