Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth for the Philips Disease Management Solutions - Invivo portfolio.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and market research.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our solutions.
  6. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  7. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring profitability for both parties.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information in CRM systems.
  10. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress towards goals and potential risks.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Philips, representing the company's values and mission to customers and stakeholders.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and overall performance through training and development opportunities.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  14. Travel to customer sites, industry events, and conferences as needed to promote and support sales efforts.
  15. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  16. Collaborate with the customer service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  17. Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  18. Represent Philips in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry

  • Knowledge Of Disease Management Solutions And Experience In Selling To Healthcare Providers

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
