
Sales Director, Service Solutions Program & Business Development
We are looking for a Sales Director to join Philips’ Service Solutions Program & Business Development team. This position requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. The ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge of sales, service solutions management, and customer relationships, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a larger team, be committed to meeting deadlines and achieving targets, and possess a strong sense of customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong business acumen, be highly organized, and have a drive to make a difference. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for Philips Service Solutions Program.
- Develop customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and build partnerships.
- Manage and evaluate sales performance, monitor customer feedback, and analyze market trends.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and resources to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a customer service strategy that ensures customer satisfaction and meets customer expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor sales performance and implement changes to ensure targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve sales and business development processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage customer service budgets.
- Lead and participate in customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
