- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure profitable sales.
- Travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed to promote Philips' service solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings and market positioning.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance sales performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Represent Philips in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Kpis.
Knowledge Of Service Solutions And The Ability To Identify And Understand Customer Needs In Order To Provide Tailored Solutions.
