At Philips, we are looking for a motivated and talented Sales, Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to our growing organization. The Sales, Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, while driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize, and have a strong understanding of sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in sales or account management, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Knowledge of CRM systems and a proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and track sales performance against predetermined goals.

  • Create and implement sales plans and strategies to meet company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvement to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on new products, services, and industry trends.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage accounts.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
