Job Description

At Philips, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Project Coordinator to join our team and help with our mission of creating meaningful innovations to improve the lives of 3 billion people a year by 2025. This individual must have a strong awareness of governmental regulations, food safety, and product quality standards.The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with a passion for regulatory affairs and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. They will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the implementation of regulatory standards and compliance, while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work in a high-pressure environment and have excellent communication skills.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the regulatory affairs field as well as a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple regulatory affairs projects and activities in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations, food safety, and product quality standards.
  3. Coordinate the implementation of regulatory standards and compliance.
  4. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all regulatory activities.
  5. Prepare and submit regulatory documentation as required.
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  7. Maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies.
  8. Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization is compliant.
  9. Provide guidance and support to internal teams to help ensure compliance with regulations.
  10. Work in a high-pressure environment and maintain excellent communication skills.
