  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the Regulatory Affairs team at Philips.
  2. Ensure all processes, procedures, and documentation adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and audits of regulatory documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with record-keeping regulations.
  5. Act as a liaison between the Regulatory Affairs team and other departments within the company, as well as external regulatory bodies.
  6. Prepare and submit regulatory submissions, reports, and other required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Assist in the preparation of regulatory strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and launch processes while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on regulatory status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  11. Support the coordination and execution of regulatory inspections and audits.
  12. Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures related to regulatory affairs.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential compliance issues or risks.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
