  1. Lead and manage R&D projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and designers, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  8. Manage project resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and cost control.
  9. Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into project management processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Foster a culture of accountability and ownership, motivating team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of project objectives.
  14. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders, providing recommendations and solutions as needed.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Science, Or Business.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Research And Development Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Planning, Organizing, And Executing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
