  • Develop and lead the strategy for the Services Education offerings at Philips
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market trends, and translate them into product requirements and features
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the healthcare education industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for product development
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands and business objectives
  • Create and manage product roadmap, including timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Lead the development and launch of new Services Education offerings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education and services to inform product development and strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare education and services, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the product management team, and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Experience: A Product Manager, Services Education At Philips Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Education. Additionally, They Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Education Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication With Various Stakeholders, Including Cross-Functional Teams, Customers, And External Partners. The Product Manager Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Ideas Clearly And Build Strong Relationships With Others.

  • Knowledge Of Educational Services Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Trends And Dynamics In The Educational Services Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Learning Methods, Technologies, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Analytical And Strategic Thinking: As A Product Manager, Services Education, One Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Product Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Goals. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Project Management Skills: This Position May Involve Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So The Product Manager Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Manage Budgets Effectively. Experience With Project Management Tools Such As Agile Or Scrum Is Also Desirable.
