As a Procurement Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our business by developing strategic procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings.   1. Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to support the overall business objectives of Philips.
  2. Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing current supplier contracts and negotiating favorable terms.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, as well as to mitigate any potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement processes and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
  10. Collaborate with finance and contract management teams to ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
  11. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in procurement processes.
  12. Participate in supplier performance reviews and provide feedback to suppliers to improve service and quality.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  14. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Develop And Maintain Supplier Relationships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Management, And Supplier Performance Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Optimize Procurement Strategies.
