- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for medical devices to ensure high-quality and efficient production.
- Conduct research and experiments to identify areas for improvement in current processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, scientists, and quality control specialists to implement process changes.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of process development activities, including standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process to ensure smooth production.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to maintain compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Participate in process validation and verification activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor other team members on new processes and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to incorporate new technologies and techniques into process development.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Act as a representative for the company, promoting a positive image and fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Process Development, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Medical Device Industry.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Industry Guidelines.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, Able To Troubleshoot And Optimize Processes.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
