  1. Provide clinical and technical expertise to support the sales team in promoting and selling healthcare technology solutions.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop customized clinical solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting clinical benefits and features.
  4. Conduct product trainings for sales team members to enhance their clinical knowledge and selling skills.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as physicians and hospital administrators, to promote the use of Philips healthcare products.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to effectively communicate the value of Philips solutions to customers.
  7. Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and product evaluations, to support the sales process.
  8. Provide clinical support during the implementation and post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and successful adoption of Philips products.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to provide clinical insights and feedback for product improvement and development.
  10. Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote Philips healthcare solutions.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of Philips products and services, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively position and differentiate our solutions in the market.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, when interacting with customers and representing Philips.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Philips Product Portfolio: A Pre-Sales, Clinical Architect At Philips Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Products And Solutions, Including Their Features, Capabilities, And Competitive Advantages.

  • Strong Clinical Background: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Clinical Workflows. Candidates Should Have A Clinical Background, Such As A Degree In Nursing, Medicine, Or Healthcare Administration.
