  1. Oversee the physical distribution of goods across the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

  3. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
  5. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in physical distribution processes.
  6. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to physical distribution.
  8. Develop and manage the physical distribution budget and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
  9. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of proficiency in physical distribution processes.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in logistics technology, and make recommendations for implementing new tools or processes.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the physical distribution team.
  12. Represent the company in meetings with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders related to physical distribution activities.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the physical distribution process.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on physical distribution strategies.
  15. Communicate regularly with management on the status of physical distribution operations and any potential issues or opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Physical Distribution, Preferably In The Consumer Electronics Industry.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Distribution And Warehouse Staff.

  • Strong Understanding Of Transportation And Logistics Processes, Including Inventory Management And Cost Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
