  1. Maintain and optimize the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in storing and retrieving medical images.
  2. Provide expert technical support to clinical teams, troubleshooting any technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions in patient care.
  3. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and data security protocols.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall functionality and performance of the PACS system.
  5. Train and educate clinical staff on the proper use of PACS and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure efficient and effective utilization.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all PACS-related inquiries and escalations, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in healthcare technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new features or tools into the PACS system to improve patient outcomes.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of PACS activities, including system updates, technical issues, and user requests.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of PACS with other systems and applications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Pacs Systems In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Information Technology And Its Application In A Clinical Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support Clinical Staff On Pacs System Usage.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Pacs Systems, Including Working With Vendors To Implement Updates And Upgrades.
