  1. Process and manage incoming orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Coordinate with various departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing.
  3. Communicate with customers to provide order updates and address any inquiries or concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all orders and related information.
  5. Monitor order fulfillment and shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to recommend and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge and pricing to accurately process orders.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all order processing activities.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  11. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing for orders.
  12. Assist in inventory management and stock allocation for orders.
  13. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve order management processes.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed set targets and goals for order processing and customer satisfaction.
  15. Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
