  1. Manage procurement of materials for operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
  6. Create and maintain accurate purchase orders and records of materials purchases.
  7. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, and cost performance.
  8. Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure material availability and efficient supply chain operations.
  9. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions that may arise.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand material needs and ensure timely delivery.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to material management and procurement.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to procurement and supplier management.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into material management strategies.
  15. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
