We are looking for a National Sales Leader to join us and take on an exciting and demanding role that will help drive our business forward. As the National Sales Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving an integrated sales strategy to grow our business in the North American region. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that optimizes revenue opportunities and provides our customers with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong sales background as well as the ability to collaborate with senior management to develop effective sales programs.To be successful in this role, you must have:- At least 5 years of experience in sales management- Knowledge and understanding of sales strategies and tactics- Experience in developing and managing key customer relationships- Excellent communication and organizational skills- A passion for driving resultsIf you are looking for an opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role with a global leader, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue opportunities in the North American region.
  2. Establish and cultivate relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Work collaboratively with senior management to develop and implement sales programs.
  4. Monitor sales performance to ensure goals are achieved and make adjustments to the strategy as necessary.
  5. Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team and other stakeholders.
  6. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
  7. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and implement strategies to capitalize on them.
  8. Develop and implement sales training programs.
  9. Prepare and present reports on sales performance and progress.
  10. Ensure that sales processes and procedures are followed.
