Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all vendor operations, including customer service, order processing, and supply chain management.
- Develop strategies to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of vendor operations.
- Monitor customer service and supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service levels.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues that arise.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize vendor operations.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer service issues.
- Accurately track and report on vendor performance metrics.
- Assist in developing and implementing vendor management systems.
