  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and standards related to medical software and systems.
  2. Monitor and assess potential risks and safety concerns associated with our medical technology products and systems.
  3. Develop and implement safety and compliance strategies and protocols to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve product designs and updates for safety and compliance.
  5. Conduct regular safety audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and developments related to medical software and systems safety to inform decision-making and strategy.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety incidents.
  8. Provide training and guidance to team members and other stakeholders on safety and compliance best practices.
  9. Participate in the development and maintenance of product documentation and labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  10. Communicate regularly with top management to provide updates on safety and compliance initiatives and any potential risks.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address safety and compliance concerns and implement solutions.
  12. Represent the company in regulatory audits and inspections related to medical software and systems.
  13. Stay updated on emerging safety and compliance issues and proactively address them to minimize risk.
  14. Foster a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization through training, communication, and leading by example.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve safety and compliance processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa And Fda Regulations, Related To Medical Device Safety And Data Privacy.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Safety Risks And Develop Proactive Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
