- Assemble medical devices according to specifications and quality standards set by the company.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling delicate and potentially hazardous materials.
- Utilize technical knowledge and precision to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of medical devices.
- Inspect and test completed devices to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly.
- Identify and report any defects or malfunctions in the assembly process or finished products.
- Keep detailed records of all assembled devices and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient assembly and prevent contamination of materials.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and production goals.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of orders and efficient production processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the assembly process.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. A Candidate With A Technical Or Vocational Degree In A Related Field May Also Be Preferred.
Previous Experience In Medical Device Assembly: Prior Experience In Assembling Medical Devices, Preferably At A Medical Device Manufacturing Company, Is Highly Desirable. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Understanding Of Industry-Specific Standards And Procedures.
Knowledge Of Quality And Safety Standards: A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control And Safety Standards Is Crucial For A Medical Device Assembler. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Devices.
Manual Dexterity And Attention To Detail: Assembling Medical Devices Requires Precise And Delicate Hand Movements. Candidates Should Possess Excellent Manual Dexterity And Attention To Detail To Ensure The Accuracy And Quality Of The Assembled Products.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Medical Device Industry Is Fast-Paced And Constantly Evolving.
