In this role, you will be responsible for leading our maternal health programs and initiatives, driving innovation and sustainable solutions, and collaborating with global stakeholders to make a real difference in the lives of mothers and babies.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for maternal health programs and initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful execution of program goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with global stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare providers, to identify and address key maternal health issues.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and sustainability.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and best practices in maternal health to inform program development.
  6. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and efficiently.
  7. Communicate program progress and results to key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  8. Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations to enhance program impact and reach.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards in program implementation.
  10. Act as a spokesperson for the company's maternal health initiatives, representing the organization at conferences, events, and media opportunities.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in maternal health programs and processes.
  12. Foster a culture of growth and development within the team, providing mentorship and support to team members.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
  14. Uphold the company's values and mission, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Public Health, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Maternal And Child Health, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Knowledge Of Current Maternal Health Policies, Programs, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience With Budgeting And Resource Allocation.

  • Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Lead A Team Towards Achieving Program Goals.
