Long Term Resource Planner

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Long Term Resource Planner to join our team at Philips. 1. Develop long-term resource plans and strategies to ensure the smooth running of all operations.
2. Analyze and anticipate potential problems and their solutions related to resource needs and availability.
3. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Create and implement policies and procedures related to resource planning.
6. Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
7. Monitor and analyze resource utilization and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
8. Assist in the development of budget plans for resource planning.
9. Keep up to date with industry trends and latest technologies.
10. Provide timely feedback and reports to management.
